TIME FOR CHANGE

Two Day Workshop Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th May.2012

One of the most common problems faced by students is that feeling of being stuck at a certain level of competence and not knowing what to do to move beyond that point. 

This workshop will focus on techniques to overcome that blockage and allow you to unlock a more creative approach. We will combine traditional watercolour techniques with Gouache, Gesso, Ink, Charcoal and just about anything else that will make a mark. We will discover new techniques and fresh approaches to the way we paint.

We will work on small (1/2 or 1/4) sheets and complete two paintings each day. I will demonstrate first, then, as you paint, I will come around and give any necessary help. 

The workshop atmosphere will be informal and relaxed, but we will work hard and make lots of progress. The goal is to have a lot of fun and finish the workshop armed with a range of techniques to launch you into a whole new area of creativity.
