ITALIAN
PAINTING WORKSHOP

TUSCANY
& THE VENETO
30th Aug - 13th Sept. 2004
Claudio Polles, our guide for this tour arrived back in
Australia last month and filled me in with all the latest details.
Our home for the tour will be two
beautiful 17th century villas. One in Tuscany and one it the Veneto,
so we only unpack twice. From these two central bases we make daily
excursions to a host of spectacular, historic and cultural locations
including:
- Venice
- Asolo
- Vittorio Veneto
- Conegliano village markets
- The Italian Alps
- San Gimignano
- Pisa
- Siena
- Florence
- Lucca
Claudio has also arranged for us to
dine at some fabulous local restaurants and Agriturismo where we get
to experience the very best local food and wine.

EXHIBITION
"By The Water" opened at McGraths Art
Gallery in North Sydney in November. The exhibition was a great success
- many thanks to John and Sue McGrath.
The Saturday afternoon demonstration painting was a lot of fun and very well
attended despite the Rugby World Cup grand final that night!
