Renowned
Australian Artist John Lovett extends
an invitation to join him in an Italian
Interlude during his new exhibition at
McGrath’s Art Gallery. The results of his excursion
to Italy earlier this year, John presents a stunning
collection of paintings capturing the light, colour and
beauty he saw during his travels. Featuring images of
areas mainly in the Northern regions of Italy, around
Venice and Florence, this exhibition reflects his
responses to the culture he absorbed, from the music and
food, architecture and traffic, to the lifestyle and
especially the people of that beautiful Mediterranean
Country. John Lovett’s wonderful new exhibition of
colourful and evocative paintings of Italy will be an
exciting selection for the many artlovers who enjoy his
beautiful work.
